Cocoa Prune Cake

- 200g plain flour
- 50g chocolate powder
- 2 tsp soda bicarbonate
- 180g castor sugar
- 250g golden churn butter
- 5 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 200g fresh milk
- 250g prune (cut into stripes)

Step 1
sieve 3 times for plain flour, cocoa powder and soda bicarbonate
Step 2
beat butter and sugar untill fluffy. add one egg at a time until well - mixed.
Step 3
add sifted flour alternate with fresh milk in 3 portion
Step 4
add the vanilla essence and prunes
Step 5
bake at preheated over for 45 minutes at 180°C
